In order to ensure the service life of the equipment and reduce unnecessary maintenance costs,
it is very important to check whether the oil circuit is unobstructed.
Check whether the reducer oil circuit is normal. You can start from 3 aspects.
First, observe the oil flow indicator
to determine whether the reducer oil circuit is blocked.
First, you can judge by observing the position of the oil flow indicator float.
When the float is at the top, it means that the oil circuit is unobstructed.
The motor can be started normally.
When it is at the bottom, it means that the oil circuit is not unobstructed.
Further inspection is required.
Second, check whether the oil suction filter net is clogged
According to the product user manual
The oil suction filter should be cleaned every 450 hours
If the filter screen of the oil suction filter is clogged, the filtering effect will be reduced or invalid.
Increased impurities in the oil circuit block the oil circuit
When blockage occurs
The oil suction filter should be cleaned or replaced immediately
And check whether there are too many impurities in the lubricating oil
Change lubricating oil if necessary
Third, check whether the lubricating oil pump is normal
The internal teeth of the lubricating oil pump are severely worn
This may lead to insufficient fuel supply, etc.
Accessories need to be replaced when necessary
When adding lubricating oil
It is necessary to add high-quality brand CKC320 medium load industrial closed gear oil
Also pay attention to the cleanliness of the lubricating oil
Avoid lubricant model mismatch
Or the oil contains too many impurities
Causes damage to gears, shafts, bearings and other components
