The wood pellet mill main shaft system uses double support structure without shake to offer more extrusion force from ring die;

The wood pelletizer driving system uses imported bearings to ensure the reliability and long service time of the equipment;
The pressure roller is cooled by circulating water. The bearing has low operating temperature and long service life, which can reduce grease consumption;
The main shaft, transmission wheel, gears and other key parts are all made of high-strength forged alloy steel, and the gears are processed by high-precision gear grinding machines;
The transmission system uses brand bearings to ensure the reliability and service life of the main engine;
The ring die and pressure roller are made of high-strength forgings, drilled by automatic gun drilling and vacuum quenching heat treatment, and the working life of the ring die is >500 hours.
