    Cracks

  • When the water vapor pressure in the raw materials is greater than the friction force, the extruded pellets will explode in the die hole and have cracks on the surface.

  • Loose pellet hardness

    It will be loose and cracked when squeezed, and it cannot be smooth and tight, and it is easy to coke after burning.

  • The roller will slip and no pellets will be produced

    The moisture content of the raw materials is too high, and the fluidity of the raw materials is poor, which causes the roller to slip.

  • High temperature blocking machine

    When the damp raw materials enter the biomass pellet machine, high temperature and water vapor will be caused, which will cause the mold to be blocked and no material will be produced after a long time.

  • Affecting production and increasing energy consumption
