When using the equipment for the first time, it is necessary to add high-quality brand CK C320 medium-load industrial closed gear lubricating oil to the reducer

Change lubricating oil for the first time

Must be replaced after 450 hours of operation

The second time and after

You can judge the replacement time by observing the turbidity of the lubricating oil through the reducer oil level.

Through observation, if the lubricating oil is gray and dark, 

it means that the lubricating oil is turbid and needs to be replaced in time.

 If the lubricating oil is clear, it is also recommended to replace it after every 1500 hours.

Second, check the elastic coupling regularly

The elastic coupling protects the motor and reducer

According to the product manual, it should be checked every 1500 hours or replaced directly

Lift the main motor during inspection

Pick up the elastic coupling and observe carefully

Check the whole part

If there is any deformation or damage, please replace it in time.

Third, clean the oil suction filter regularly.

According to the product manual, the oil suction filter needs to be cleaned every 450 hours.

When cleaning, remove the oil suction filter, soak it in gasoline for a while, or blow it clean with an air pump, remove the sticky substances on the filter, and install it again.
