There are mainly two core design advantages

First, the surface of the pressure roller of Debon pellet machine adopts super wear-resistant alloy surfacing process

The roller is precision surfacing welded by advanced welding robots. After surfacing, the surface hardness is enhanced, the wear-resistant layer thickness is increased, and the service life is longer.

Second, the lower end of Debon’s  roller adopts a unique spiral design.

This method can effectively remove miscellaneous materials and powder.

It avoids the situation that the top and bottom of the roller are unevenly stressed due to the accumulation of powder under the roller, which affects the service life. 

This ensures the stability and service life of the roller.
