The customer’s raw material is crushed wood

First, the raw materials are sent to our Hammer Mill by the belt conveyor for crushing

The crushed material passes through the Cyclone

and falls into the double-shaft uniform bin.

The separated dust is sent to the pulse dust collector through the pipe by the fan for dust removal

Start pelleting

The material is transported from the double-shaft uniform bin to the feeding screw

Feeding into our pellet machine by feeding screw conveyor

 Granulation

This is the discharging display of 850 pellet machine

Discharge speed is very fast

Pellet quality is also very good

The power of our 850 pellet machine is 250 kw

The hourly output is 3-4 tons

Finished pellets are sent into the silo via a scraper conveyor
