OVERVIEW

In order to protect forest resources, the Kyrgyz government regularly implements export bans on wood and wood products, which to a certain extent restricts the supply of raw materials, but also provides opportunities for transformation for the wood processing industry.

The client of this biomass pelletizing plant in Kyrgyzstan project operates a small furniture factory with sufficient wood waste.

Biomass pelletizing process design

Chipping

The purchased waste wood is crushed into wood chips by a wood chipper machine, and the wood chips are stored in the crushing area.

Crushing:

The moisture content of wood chips and rootless corn stalks is between 17% and 13%, and there is no need to dry them. The raw materials are crushed by a crusher.

Pelletizing:

The wood chips and crushed corn stalks are sent to the biomass pellet mill machine and pressed into pellets with a pellet size of 6-8mm.


Bagging and warehousing:


The qualified finished products are bagged, weighed, packaged, and stored in the warehouse.
